The Oscine Dinner & Foraging Experience

Experience Hudson Valley Cuisine with a 10 course meal focused around Hudson Valley Cuisine with beverage pairings by Chef Nicholas of Oscine along with a pre-dinner foraging excursion by forager and mushroom expert Deep Forest Wild Edible.

Tickets for the entire experience of the meal and pre-dinner foraging excursion are sold together as one. The multi- course meal, beverage pairings, and gratuity included is $380, and foraging workshop which includes a google document summarizing the species we cover on our walk as well as a shared photo album of said species.
